Has anyone seen tonight's Birmingham Mail? according to the report it states: Gary Mills' Lambs are hoping to add to their squad after making an approach for young hot-shot Jerome Murdock.
The striker came to the Lambs' attention with his goalscoring exploits at Bedworth Utd but he has now switched to Shepshed Dynamo and Tamworth have had to re-file a seven-day approach to his new club.

Saw him playing for Coventry Sphinx last season, looked very good, but this was Midland Alliance. No harm in trying him out though.

he and christie look very good up front together.

holds up defenders well and is fast.

very good signing, hope he starts up front with christie on tuesday night in a 4-4-2 formation.

I thought Christie played reasonably well but on occasions tried to be too clever and do things that perhaps he may have been able to do in his early days but are beyond him now. One or two touches too many. Hopefully he isn't yet fully fit and can get better.
As for Murdock, he did nothing to impress me but as several others have already stated on this thread it is too early to say.

One thing you will get with Jerome is continuos hard work and pace. He will do well at this level and fully deserves the chance and with Iyseden playing alongside him is a perfect match

Jerome is not allowed to play on Tuesday so you will not get your wish of his starting along side Iyseden against Gainsborough.Signings have to be made and registered by 12.00pm on the Friday prior to the date of the original game at Gainsborough.
