bloomin hell

ok...not a massive massive loss...but its a loss nevertheless as we've got to find a quick and mobile striker sharpish

not been overly impressed with farrell from what i've seen

Agreed...his heart wasn't in it for most of last season. I think he'll find it hard work at Kiddy, though. They won't mess about if he's got an attitude problem. I'm more concerned about the goalkeeper situation.

Perhaps we could play with a 'runback' keeper like we did when kids........!!

I won't miss him, he has a poor attitude to football as we found out during his transfer to Stevenage saga in January. Half the time he simply doesn't look interested which is a waste as he can provide flashes of genious when he wants to. The cockney bloke in The Shed will have to find somebody else to constantly cheer on next season now!

What is it with Kiddy signing our fringe players? First Shaw and Briscoe and now Wright.

As I was born and went to school in Kiddy, they're my second team anyway!

If it releases more money to pay players who can add more value to the squad then I say thanks for your efforts Nick and goodbye. There was nothing in his pre-season form to suggest he was any better than last year (which wasn't great after his injury and Stevenage interest). His control of the ball on Tuesday was very poor. On the other hand the lad Scott Barrow at full back and Ben Fairclough have impressed me.

wasn't a great fan, but his best moment for me was the header that won us the league away at Southport - Just wish he'd done that more often.

Cheers though Nick. Good luck. Applause

I'd say it was his goal against Hinckley that won us the league.

the only way to describe wrighty is when he is good he is very good but when he is bad he is then truely f***ing dreadful as soon as his head drops he will then be disinterested and lazy but good luck to him.

Most of the posts on the Kiddy forum seem to be in favour. They all seem to think they've made a good signing. lets see what they are saying when the cold weather kicks in or if he loses form after getting called up for England C in October like he has the two previous seasons.

Personaly would rather spend his wages on a keeper. No doubt the lad has talent but doesnt apply himself and its always the balls fault rather than his poor control. I cant see him coming good, hes had enough chances at various clubs
