Nope, but then again I'm not stupid enough to buy one.

Ridz Yeah I emailed Nick a while back and he said they'd come early July, just thought I'd check. Apparently we are having season ticket books with match vouchers this year in place of the cards? Thanks

Pay at the gate £316-00 (inc friendlies) early bird season ticket offer £200-00. Does not seem that daft to me but each to their own. Update on the season tickets will be on TFC home page in a minute or two

I see we are waiting for the printers, I ask the question, why the hell have we gone back to bits of paper. The plastic is much easier to look after.

Apparentley the card was open to abuse being passed back out for others to be got in was one of the reasons when i asked what system they were going with this season.

wilnecote red thats because the club are not smart enough to have the person at the turnstile maybe have the card as they go though as they would then notice the person passing it back or they could have a steward by the turnstile make sure that nothing like that goes on.

I heard it was being passed over / through fences / gates etc. by some, after they'd come through and well away from the turnstiles... can't really stop that sort of thing happening as if people want to abuse it they will find a way.. The match by match ticket book system removes almost 100% of any possibility of this happening.

If the card actually had some data encoded on it, it could be scanned and reuse would be impossible. Booklets are also open to fraud/abuse, although I doubt anyone would bother just to get into TFC. The bottom line is that booklets will be cheaper if you do a cost benefit analysis.

The vouchers are a way of allocating tickets for any extra games that we may play e.g. trophy final , f.a. cup 4th round. !!!! Not sure how many season tickets were sold but there was a steady stream of people collecting them from the club shop prior to Aberdeen game as promised previously.

does that mean that season ticket holders get some cup games for free or is this just a way of giving season ticket holders first choice on all ticket games

It's the same as it's always been you just get first look in for tickets should a big game come round.
