Right - had a glass of 🍷 - it’s a real gobsmac stat that is absolutely unbelievable mate - 1 home league win on a Saturday in whole of 2018 and still awaiting another one in 2019. Made worse by the fact the leagues were now in -stat wouldn’t be acceptable in Conference Premier to be fair. During this period we had 5th highest and highest budget in the two leagues. Couldn’t believe we had so many turning up at last home match in view of the above - credit to TFC fans and our high pain threshold

The fifth highest budget in the conference north? I’m not having that. Salford, Harrogate without question paying a fortune out, add in Stockport, York on huge gates, throw in Kiddy, Boston, Brackley (who backed wilkin with a lump to basically buy Nuneaton’s squad). Add in Darlington who threw money around mid season to get Styche and co under a new boss. I could sit and go through the league and find more but fifth highest budget in last season’s conference north? Not a chance am I believing that.
The bad news is time flies. The good news is we are the pilots

Ignoring the 5th bit then - you are entitled to disagree with me (as you do 100% of the time) and l have no problem with that - tell me how many teams finished above us last season? -they all had bigger budgets than TFC? - fact we finished what 10 points from safety to rub salt into the perverbial wound. Our Budget last season was not in anyway behind why we went down - surely you have to accept that?

No, we under achieved no doubt. A moronic mid season sacking didn’t help but it just annoys me when you spout nonsense like having a top 5 budget to make your point more extreme. We were garbage in 2018 - we agree on that but if you are going to throw facts about, make them true is all i’m saying. When we were mid table under AM and people were bumping their guns, we were probably about where we should have been resources wise.
