I am hoping for earlier but taking into account this government's ability to make a bad situation even worse I would have to agree with August but it wouldn't surprise me if it is later :(
I think the whole country should go into complete lockdown for a month while vulnerable people are being vaccinated and maybe we could finally start getting Covid under control, but that's not going to happen cos it's the sensible thing to do :(

I could imagine us being allowed slightly earlier but to what end? If we aren't playing in the next 2/3 weeks (we won't be) then we absolutely can't sensibly finish a season in a realistic time frame.

As fans we can wait as long as we have to but I am very worried about how long lower league clubs can survive with no income?

When we do restart the season, if ever, fans will have got out of the habit of visiting the Lamb, so we may also suffer a drop in gates. A double whammy for the club.

The £14m govt money offered for steps 3-6 seemed useful but turned out to be over 80% loans and that is literally no help whatsoever. Something is going to have to give sooner or later because the vaccine (in terms of making any difference) is going to come far too late.

After nearly 60 years going to watch football it's in my DNA and while I am still breathing I will be going to watch football. My 2 fav things in life are:

1 : Going to the pub, then a game then to the pub again :)

2 : Going to the pub, then a heavy metal gig then to  the pub again :)

Heaven :)

Won't it be great when we can do that again when the vaccine is rolled out...

With no games allowed until March at the earliest, Maybe the Southern League should pull the plug right now instead of doing a Boris and dithering.

Yep, I think you are correct Pricey.
Nice interview with Bob Andrews on the Club web site.
I think he was resigned to that anyway.
