If we win remaining games, there is still hope of making play offs, meanwhile in the real world is it time to think about keep/release of squad players.

Keeps Belshaw
          Burns
          Strong
          Preston
          Tommason
          Deeney
          Newton
All change with the rest. What do you guys reckon?

Pretty much with you there although I'd keep Shane Clarke if fit too. Does a lot of work in that midfield and averages about 1 goal in 5 which for a not particularly attacking midfielder is good.
The bad news is time flies. The good news is we are the pilots

Agree with that. Think Lee Smith/Jed Davies/Jorna Moulton/Raaj Gill  will be there too. won't cost much and still have potential to grow. Can't see Clarke staying due to travel. Have to find a goalscorer from some where, add some pace and find a creator

I agree with Wotcha Cobber and Pricey. I think Smith, Davies, Taylor, Gill are much too lightweight for the league we are in. Haven't seen enough of Deeney yet to have a strong opinion but he looked good against Brackley.
I'm not sure too many of our better players will want to stop next season anyway.

Never mentioned Taylor. Smith, Davies and Moulton will be there next season I imagine

Are we keeping Morrell? We've made sideways progress at best, if this is all we can do I'd rather we start afresh now. If you take aside Morrell's first 10-15 games at the club, the record has been awful. We are going nowhere under this management.

Think current management/squad been unlucky with key players at key periods. If Daniels not sent off last season who knows where we may have ended up. Mettams tremendous goalscoring feats at Worksop not replicated due to injuries/poor choice of teammates. Mettam/Denton partnership dream ticket at Worksop. Racchi left as team began to gel. Fowler(player) ego bigger than contribution.
Man Utd spent zillions but cant find best combination of manager/players.
Backbone of Morrells team pretty strong, lets see what next season brings.
Getting into National League only going to get more difficult. Fylde have a chairman with a bottom less pit of cash, yet their management yet to deliver holy grail.

I think the bigger issue with Mettam not replicating those scoring exploits is they were achieved at a lower level and he just simply doesn't look like a bloke who'd be anywhere near a 50 goal a season striker in this league, fit or otherwise. Injuries haven't helped him and I'm not slating him but AM inherited him rather than signed him and I'd be surprised if he was retained this summer. We have had far worse strikers but he's no star and I'd have Danny Newton over him every day of the week. I'd sooner have kept Hibbo than Mettam too but Mettam had a two year deal I think and I don't imagine the door was knocked down for him in the summer after all his injuries last season.
The bad news is time flies. The good news is we are the pilots

Cobber - all if and buts and with Mr Daniels - when sent off at NF it almost seemed he was looking to be sent off. - lost it with players throughout match not dissimilar to the certain enigma ponytail and pushing the ref for just a foul looked almost a agents call plus taking five minutes to leave the pitch - what was it - 5 match ban. Yes you have a point - when playing well turns games like the ponytail yesterday - he created the only two chances on goal - great free kick and great shot later on - however both caused and causing havoc in changing room. Daniels had lost it with TFC way before sending off and wonder how long the ponytail Pratt has left with us.

Nice turn of phrase Mr Argus, I for one wouldn't want to be in your all star eleven.
