After two games of very mixed ability players I have to say I think we have the makings of a very good first team. I can only see two problems. First that the gaffer picks the correct ones. And secondly his choice doesn't include Deeney and Styche. Also need to add that both Druids and Penybont had some good quality players. The U21's showed great determination and fighting spirit. Will be interesting to see his first eleven.

Way to early to assess how good we are Bof in terms of new signings - next week against SMNCP providing they put out a proper team and we do same may be a better time to reflect in my humble opinion. Deeney and Styche will be first on team sheet next season rightly or wrongly.

I watched both games today and can't really see where any goals are going to come from. Neither Styche nor Reid showed anything in the way of quality. Burns and Ezewele looked okay.
For me Jack Lane who played at left back in the second game looked a head above all the others.
There was little on show today to make me think we will finish in the play offs.
The players who were number 2 and 13 in the first game and number 5 in the second gamemaybe showed a bit of promise but on the whole none of the U21/Academy/Trialists looked of the quality necessary for our league.
Our keeper in the first half didn't give me much confidence that he will be anywhere near a good replacement for Belshaw.

Agree with 2 & 13 in first game.

We would have to drop lucky to get anywhere near the quality of Belshaw.

+1 - much better at left back than in centre - would be my first choice in that position

Did manage to see most of the first game, but did not see anything that would trouble many CN teames, first half the Druids number 11 gave us a few scares, the lad had a bit everything and was unlucky with the shot that hit the bar . sadly our no 3 and the big lad number 11 didn't do themselves any favors with to days profomanes

With no programme or team sheets I didn't many on show, the second half was up to the 75 minute was poor, at this point I had to depart, a bit more experience, a good midfielder and some pace will be needed.

Funny part of my day , the car park attendant, park up the front of this one ....are you sure I would like to get out early, three rows of cars with no gap, they told me to do it that way........priceless

Agree jack lane was impressive on the left as a back 3. From what I've seen of the trialists rhys Sharpe has stood out for me. I do think we need another central striker to compete at the top. Expect Callum Powell to have a big season.

Two games on the trot for me a bit too much.A good runout for the players but also a bit confusing for both players and fans (the few) fielding two teams. My main moan is the clubs woefull presentation of  the event with no team sheet and no tannoy announcements welcoming our visitors.Could have had a few attractions arround the ground and made it a familly day.Cant knock admission charge but expect a bit more professionlism  from a club of our standing.
