The Tamworth Junior League  stopping  the junior clubs being  involved wouldn't have helped. Still getting a lot more than Nuneaton and they arguably have bigger fan base

If we somehow can take six points over the festive period, we will be in the playoffs. And the youth side clearly is paying off, would we have had a spare CB if it wasn't for our academy? I understand average form is the reason for dwindling attendances, but on that alone we are 14th. Bit of perspective is needed, it's not that bad considering we've won considerably more than we've lost in the last three years.

1/ lots of clubs are gaining and losing fans Tamworth are down 68 on average, no big worry. York City are a surprise. UP
2/ Nuneaton got a bigger catchment area, have they? Catchment area around 20miles of Tamworth could be 1,000,000 plus sounds good to me.
3/ 5yr plan floodlights, makes sense 3D pitch. Covered stand grit end, we never called it the castle end. Never happen. Average gate of 1000, Big Bob has got to beg exfans like me to come back. Not tell me to fxxk off. Well what do you think?
4/ in conclusion no chance under this chair. More like a 10yr plan. How old are you now Argus.
My 5yr plan
1/ Big Bob to pull out of the club with honor. That means leaving the club not trying to sell the club. Other words leave with empty pockets. Someone told how much he is worth, this has not come from just anyone.
2/ find someone with ambition. Not as simple as all that but it can be done.
3/ with right invester Tamworth will become a great team again. Ambition is not free it would cost millions. Big Bob has the money but not the heart.

The real belief from the management (although they will not state it openly) is they do not want promotion because as North Ferriby, Southport and our good selves have witnessed you need a large fanbase and the backing of a board who are prepared to throw a large amount of money to first get established in what is a full time league of ex football league sides. The facilities with the exception of increasing the seating capacity and the sponsors lounge and new toilet blocks has not really improved over the last 15 years since I have been supporting them. The big issue is that it's a closed shop at the top and as much as what Bob Andrews has done for the club over the past someone else will need to come in if the club is to progress any further. Hope I'm wrong though but agree with previous comment from Happy Red.

We are in a fairly good position league wise so until the people of Tamworth start showing some interest then nobody with any sense is going to start throwing loads of money our way .

- Not really football fans will always turn up to see a team winning more games even in a lower league

2/ Nuneaton got a bigger catchment area, have they? Catchment area around 20miles of Tamworth could be 1,000,000 plus sounds good to me. -
Traditionally they have attracted higher attendances main because they have been in a higher league than us, until they went bust of course, probably coursed by some fans expectation over realisem.

3/ 5yr plan floodlights, makes sense 3D pitch. Certainly does.
Covered stand grit end, we never called it the castle end. -
Not know as the grit end for me, just know as the bank, which changed after it was removed to the Castle End.

Never happen. - Hope it does getting to old for the shed
Average gate of 1000, Big Bob has got to beg exfans like me to come back. Not tell me to fxxk off.
What you were just walking along minding you own business and big Bob said feck off.
Well what do you think? - Highly unlikely

4/ in conclusion no chance under this chair. -
May be not but it’s a start, we have been asking for the thoughts and aims of the club, let’s see.
More like a 10yr plan. How old are you now Argus. Yewn!
My 5yr plan

2/ find someone with ambition. -
What like put a 3G pitch down for the club to have a 1st Class pitch to play on with increased community use. Which I heard was well 600 junior players using it each week, start an Academy for 7 year olds upwards, followed by a Scholars sports education for 16/17 years, with classrooms, re introduce the u21’s Not as simple as all that but it can be done.
3/ with right invester Tamworth will become a great team again. Ambition is not free it would cost millions. Big Bob has the money but not the heart.

4/ You missed one thing off Go Bust
Red I have to agree with you “No Ambition for the club”
