What do people reckon?

I'll go  for 2-1 Tamworth (Jackson and Clarke)

I think it'll be tough with Brabin seeming to have had a positive effect on them since their return but it's a decent tie for us. They're from a higher division so they carry the expectation while we'd still think we had a chance with a good performance.

I wouldn't rule out a win but I think it might be off to Southport Tuesday night somehow.

I can't see us getting too much from this one tbh, as long as we give a good account of ourselves I don't really mind if we get beat as I want us to concentrate on getting ourselves up the league, although it would be nice to get through and hopefully get a league club at home in the next round and generate some excitement and much needed revenue.

Agree with Pricey we might end up having to do it all again Tuesday which we could do without, my prediction is either 1-1, or 1-2, Jackson with our goal.

Best performance of the season by a mile
First half outstanding
Second half dropped too deep

Worth the entrance fee to see that waste of space Brodie giving verbal to his own fans!!

Agree, very good today. Starting to see some signs of encouragement.

Need to get a new centre forward that can score!

I was feeling a little more optimistic after the second half at Brackley and this was another step in the right direction. We are a work in progress obviously but we played and matched a side from the division above today and I can see what Morrell is trying to do.

My man of the match would've been Dan Preston today. Brodie got absolutely no change out of him whatsoever first half and I think that's what led to him becoming increasingly frustrated but we had plenty of good performers today. TJ good again, Smith another really good game for a kid of his age, Clarke with one of his best games for us, Daniels and Jackson both lively.

Far more positives in the last couple of games than negatives.

Agree with previous post, was worth the entrance money today.  First half was really good.  Also agree that what was lacking today was a centre forward.  No reflection on Hibbert at all, he has not had a run in the side yet due to injury.  Morrell was very lively when he came on.  Ref made some baffling decisions particularly in the second half.  All in, was the first time in ages I left The Lamb having enjoyed myself and feeling like I had been entertained.  As I will be at the replay hoping for more of the same.

As manager requested we took the game to Southport in the first half and were the better side BUT we didn't convert the territorial advantage into goals and when the second half started we didn't come out the same side. We let them run the show and we gave the ball away too cheaply, the midfield faded poorly but I thought our defence were strong up to them making the subs then the fresh legs changed the game. They were nothing special and we still have a bit of a chance in the replay if we can score twice. I look forward to watching our progress in the league now.

I believe the replay will be tough but we can still win it.

The Southport fans are far from happy with their team. I didn't think you could tell which team was Conference North and which was Conference Premier on Saturday.

Sad to go out like this.  Played well again.  Shane Clarkes penalty miss was comical.  Not only did he miss the target, he missed the stand behind and sent it out the stadium.
