Great that WBA are upgrading our floodlights, improving the football pitch and providing heated covers as part of their U21 ground share deal. Snowdome did something similar in terms of tarmacking a lot of our car park to enable them to use it as an overflow park. However this really pales into insignificance with what Solihull have managed to achieve with their car park. They are charging a certain company to use their car park as an overflow. Wondered how they have managed to compete with the other big spenders in are league - Fylde. Believe 250 spaces will achieve well in excess of - WAITE FOR IT - £1 million per year for the club. As l said before teams are bankrolling themselves out of the leagues we compete in.

Wow, someone has their head screwed on, we really are missing a few tricks.

Do think if there were better access from the lamb car park to the snow dome we would make a killing with a cheaper pay and display option.

250 spaces will achieve them over £1m?

£4,000 a year for one parking space?

I know nothing about it so I'm not going to say you're wrong but that seems an insanely high amount of money.

Actually I've just re-read, "well in excess of..."

Well in excess of £4,000 p.a. per parking space? How much in excess? I know parking can be lucrative but I'd like to think I'd have negotiated a better deal than that if I was taking 250 previously unused parking spaces off their hands

Now Argus5 - locked out again - ok ok many will say for good reason. Simply supply and demand - many additionally shifts - more people employed - lack of space - plain panic - Solihull NCP - never thought anyone could charge more than those profit making sh*ts! - £15 per day for each and every space - like having 5 games a week in income.

Solihull Moors are making £3,750 a day then from their car park? That, if true, is the highest profit margin seen since Del Boy marketed Peckham Spring for a week or two!

How things move so quickly - source just told me minutes ago £15 per space is for week not a day as he said previously - Oh hum but still as Del says ' I will be a millionaire one day ' shame SNCP will make it before us.

From the start of this story, those figures did seem astronomically high to be fair.
