This season has been awful, everyone at the club, players, manager, board and fans have to take their share of the blame. However, let's start looking to the future, there is no point moaning about this that or the other, we all need to be supportive of each other. The board need to listen to what the fans are saying, the manager needs to start working on next years plans NOW! the fans need to provide useful feedback to help take the club forward.

We somehow have to go back to the years where everyone at the club was doing what they can to improve the football club, making it a place where people want to spend their saturday afternoons, because the past 6 months I can think of hundreds of places I would rather have been.

We need ideas! How about sorting some sort of committee (perhaps the supports club) that meets with the board every 3 months to discuss what the fans want / talking about, the board also have a chance to get information back to to fans.

Relegation isnt the end of the world, its how we react that matters.

Please explain Nick tfc how do the fans take a share of the blame. Did some fans select the manager? Did they choose some of this season's signings? Did they conduct training? did they pick the side and give the inspirational team talk before kick off and half time?

You surely can't blame them from staying away from the Lamb, if you witnessed them scoring more than one goal this season you are the privileged ones.

We have certainly missed an opportunity this season with the two major midland football league clubs in Aston Villa and Birmingham both serving dross we could not take advantage as we have matched them in the entertainment level.

Its simple, there was nearly 5,000 fans for the everton game yet we avaerge about 600 home fans! we have to take our proportion of the blame. its easy to blame the board for not putting in the money but if we dont care enough to turn up, why should they care enough to use their money?

I'm not saying that the board are blameless nor is the management team.

Not entirely sure I agree the board or Bob Andrews have anything to reproach themselves for.  They set a budget that in line the clubs financial means, and appointed a manager who lots believed deserved his chance.   The regular fans have backed the club by turning up and paying their money, and many others backed the club further by contributing to Teambuilder.  The blame for me lies squarely with the Manager, and to a degree, some of the players!

The constant revolving door of players has been a disater. I haven't been able to associate with a team who have new faces in every time I've seen them. Every week the Herald is quoting the manager as saying how good these loan signings are but the majority of them haven't delivered anything. For that reason alone the manager is accountable. Only positive note is that gate prices should come down for next season!!
