Busiest players were the 5 fans who stayed behind the goal during the force 9 gale fetching the ball back. Why we kept passing it to them was a mystery.

We only know how to hoof the ball. They were busier than their keeper in the second half. A lot of money that I could have spent on better things yesterday... but oh well

To put this in perspective, Carlisle away in the snow, Barrow and even for older supporters Corby away in the early 90s (running track & Mark Lawrenson) they were cold places but yesterday beat them all. We should be grateful the hoofing the ball out to those 5 all second half was the only thing what kept them warm.

I remember being coldest at VS Rugby in the late 80s/early 90s.

For me it must be a trip to Leicester United in the Westgate Cupo on a cold winter evening and sitting on metal bench type seats.
