Should be a cracker Tuesday night,we owe them one big time,Hope AM sticks to the same formation as Saturday,he must bring young Shaw in to replace Matt and that's the only change he ought to make.No doubt if Stychey is fit he'll be in though.

I reckon Jones will be fit and  will replace Curley.

Be hard to drop anyone after yesterdays performance but expect Jones to come back in if fit for Curley as he seemed to take a nasty blow to the head yesterday. Really looking forward to this game and am hoping our home form can continue.

We have been without Jones for three matches and we have only conceded one goal. Wouldn't bring him in because the defence looks settled at the moment

True Ron, I'm a big fan of Jones's,but why change a winning and successful combination.

The time has come, at last, tonight
To face our foe once more
To prove ourselves, to fight the fight
To restore our pride for sure

We were battle scarred, we licked our wounds
From the Kiddy games last year
But we'll take them on, we'll stand our ground
We'll be ruthless, strong, NO FEAR

So once more into the breach dear friends
The battle cry will carry us
To seek revenge, to make amends
To slay the f***ing Harriers

COME ON YOU LAMBS

Massive performance massive win - got to be up there with the best 90 minutes total football seen for many a year at the Lamb - don't really want to single out anyone really but Powell once again MOM for me - sh*t what a performance from him. Football can be crual sometimes - without that great Rowley save they somehow would got a point when we could have scored a Shed load - think we had more chances tonight then they did when putting 6 by us last year. Top of home form table - Come on you Lambs - a happy happy bunny- oh bloody hum

I cannot believe what I have just witnessed, that was something else tonight. Some of the one touch passing today was sublime, well chuffed !! And well done to Andy Morrell who has had his critics but has shown once again he is more than capable to be our manager. Everyone played to the best of their ability and as a fan you can't ask any more than that.

Sweet Sweet Sweet revenge - Kiddy fans singing 'WE are sh*t and we know it ' - think about it! - not us - big fall out between their fans and their manager - not seen so much angst between the two since Mr Money jumped behind Lamb dugout into his Luton fans - you just have to enjoy these moments especially after what they did to us last season

So the battle is won, we overcame
With passing swift and sleek
And a message to the Kiddy fans
Can we play you every week!!!

First of all, welcome secret poet to our forum.Well every thing has been said and I can't add a lot to it,only thank you for our little general in the number 7 shirt,he was mesmerising, and Laney was magestic once again along with everyone else.I must say, that save from our goalie near the end,I would put on a par with a save from the great Gordon Banks in the 1966 world cup against Pele and the mighty Brazil. You deserve a pat on the back tonight Lads, well done.🤗🤗🤗 Over to you Mystic.

Well I'm not going to gloat but I did say at the start of the season we have to have patience and that a lot of opinions are made during pre season before a meaningful ball is even kicked. I always try and stay as positive as possible as I feel slagging management off and being negative don't help situation. However enough gloating and to the game it was a brilliant display from start to finish, second half especially. It's great to see all 3 strikers are regularly scoring and long may that continue. Verma was exceptional for me tonight. Anyone else of the opinion that if we carry on like this we could possibly challenge for the league???

Been watching tamworth for over 15 years now and I cannot remember a performance like that in a long time.from the backline going forward it was a pleasure to watch.if you go back to how kiddy have steamrolled over us the past few years then last night shows what progress has happened this season.

1970 Mexico - still remember it so clearly - at that bloody semi-final when coasting against Germany and the Peter Bonette nightmare

A very good game with the Lambs taking control after early Kiddy pressure and playing some excellent football.Except for final few minutes thought our defence coped well with a very nippy visitors attack. With the amount of possession we enjoyed think we could well have won more comfortable.Starting to look good as an attacking force.A good performance from all players.I know it was not the best of nights but surely our recent performances deserve better support than they are getting at moment.

That's where we're different - bit like chalk & cheese Mystic (old saying from Wiltshire where we have a lot of chalk Youth) - you can gloat as much as you like Mystic - AM over past few seasons and especially last played awful one dimensional hoof ball which even Mike Fowler even admired they over did it - whilst you are obviously a 'brown nose' many on here treat this as a football forum and not like you a 100% TFC appreciation site - been 100% positive since we've been playing total football and long may it continue - at long last enjoying TFC again - speaking to fans last night we all agreed would rather finish mid-table playing football rather than hoof and just missing out on play-offs but yes in answer to your last challenge comment - however must sort away form - stats last season finished 2nd in home table and 16th in away form - currently 1st and 15th - little difference - the good news is that we are creating Shed loads of chances both home and away - just not taking them - look at last night Kiddy almost drew without that great save - so still think we need an additional striker - don't think Reid is the answer.

Argus we are not different at all, I agree the football we have played has been awful, that's because the players we have had, and yes that is AMs fault as he signed them, haven't been "footballers" We now have those available and it's bringing the best out in everyone, management included! Long may that continue. The more I see of Reid the more I think he will be more than sufficient for us. It's a good time to be a Tamworth fan. Let's all get along [;)]

Bloody outstanding last night. It's so good to watch us actually play football. Even the games that we have lost I have no complaints about, quite happy as long as we continue with this style of play. On a seperate issue, I thought that we would struggle to get enough points to challenge this season without Newton and Belshaw but seems I was wrong, and I'm delighted about that :)   One slight disagreement Argus, I was unsure about Reid at the start of the season but I think he's looking pretty good now, and with Styche doing miles better than I expected I think we are OK up front. As you say Mystic, it's good to be a Tamworth fan, and it's been a while since I've thought that

At the risk of being called a brown nose (lol) it's all been said but!

What a great Performance, a team full of responsible players asking and demand the ball, working for each other, winning the ball back and digging in when required.

You talk about the difference between last season hof ball and this seasons football, "player wise not a lot" but the few outfield that have joined us are pure quality. "Well do to all considered" to coin an old saying from the Vase Years "Keep it Going"

Come on you Lambs

Yep - thinking about last night - has to be one of the best all round 90 minutes I've ever watched from a TFC team - don't underestimate Kiddy - first 15 minutes they were strong and just in control and will turn teams over going forward this season. In terms of league we have to forget last night and focus on our Manchester Sunday visit - must must take our chances and bring 3 points back if we have aspirations of the play-offs me thinks - won't comment on Stafford away this Saturday - don't want to jinx it - Come on you Lambs

Must admit shocked even when considering Kiddys financial ineptitude in past years - actually Paying 75K for a player - Dan Bradley was great for us and shame on you Marcus Law for booting him out of the club however Kiddy fans forum going mad on conspiracy theories about he's injured or there's been a major fall out - l blame aliens 👽- sweet revenge for last season

I dont post much, more of an interested observer but as far as Brad Reid is concerned we are lucky to have him. No 21 yr olds can match his goal return in this league and if he continues with a goal each time he starts, he will be gone in the new year. Lots of cash around for young talent. We can then look for Styche mark II, who will be injured or banned for a third of the season, while relying on goals from midfield, watching play off hopes die as usual.....

Not sure he will be our top goalscorer this season, early days and I've only seen him play twice but for me he needs to work a lot harder, if he proves me wrong and scores a shed loads and we have to sell him for a ridiculous amount of money I won't complain, and remember if we are top of the league at xmas AM may well be on his way to a bigger club. Hope nether go and we win the league, at this time it's better to be positive than negative.

Agree fans on here are fickle fickle fickle - don't get it at all - we should all get behind the manager whatever and whenever - agree AM will be headhunted but why aim so low as Villa - why not Birmingham - got to go now - have to find my three year old poster of AM now assume covered in dust - just got a space on the wall in my man cave

Reid isn't the answer? What? Every time he's started for us he's scored, how anyone can say that is beyond me really, yes he's not the hardest working striker but what he offers is a constant threat in the box and I'm sure he will get double figures for us this season. I'm more worried about the cover for centre midfield as we only have Deeney and Verma really.

All about opinions Big Ron - whether Reid is the answer or not -certainly though we have no cover for him or Styche if one gets injured/suspended and obviously no one on bench - likewise with your midfield point - assume with our limited budget we will 🚢 ship in players on loan as and when we lose players - suppose it makes good sense.
