This season -
Styche - excelled in performance way above even my expectations and I'm more of a fan more than most on here.
Reid - TFC away form has exposed his lack of ability and laziness to the extreme - great service at home has made him look a lot better than he actually is - not the answer especially when we only have two target men at the club.
Knights - ❤️ him - a joy to watch with runs and effort - able to switch and finish - concerned that AM keeps subbing him and brings on players who have much less chance of scoring.
Taylor - sorry ❤️ his effort and 100% attitude to club and fans - always claps us fans win lose or draw - but still hasent developed either that killer ball or finish again this season.
Powell - Wow Kiddy - up there with best performances have seen what a TFC player - give him a 2 year deal now and play him EACH game AM - fat chance of that - AM is scared of flare obviously
Curley - Played him at FC ahead of Powell and that says it all about AM and my point about flare - what does his game offer us going forward - nothing I've seen todate - a solid player without much flare and ability to score goals.

Said all along we need additions up front - oh hum - any views out there - god it's going to be a long week and a half on here without football.

Interesting views Argus .... I have similar opinions of you

Styche has raised his level of performance this year, needs to continue level of performance with the added ability to keep his emotions in check.
Reid I like, although Sundays performance wasn't encouraging I still feel he can and will be a goal threat for us.
Knights has been a very shrewd signing, Kidderminster threw him to the side and we picked up the pieces and he has been an important cog in the way we play.
Powell I am not totally sold, YET, yes he's quick but there isn't much in terms of an end result, crosses often to first man and strikes at goal often wayward. Tricks and flicks don't get me excited but I believe he can be vital to us this year.
Curley, first time at this level and a step up for him, has been neither good or bad, somewhere in between. A squad player at best. Agree Powell must start over him which happened at Stafford but he too went missing then.
Taylor does all the things you admire in a player works hard gets stuck in and never gives up if he adds goals to his game this season we will have a very good player.

Overall I am happy with our front lads but with Styche out, Reid going through a bit of a dip in form I do feel we need something different in terms of back up. I also feel we have no replacement if Deeney or Verma are injured, dip in form. Hopefully Jed Davies will be back refreshed after his loan.

Don't think JD will ever fit in with current management set up Mystic - bottom line they don't rate him and his more free flowing style shall we stay against their more blocking defensive type preferance - interesting that the 8 or so round me and loads of fans l talk to - never a bad word said about Jed - all feel he hasent been given a decent sustained
run in the team

Can only reply on Read, I'm sure the lad has some talent but I think his problem is attitude, I was at Wolves so playing at Tamworth should be easy.

Lad you are young enough to prove Wolves wrong , if you don't do it now you may well be playing football another division down next season.

Hope you read this , stop throwing your arms in the air when things go wrong , start chasing and put defenders under pressure, you may well rep some rewards.

Powell should be first on the team sheet every week if injury free, don't want another Danny Lloyd situation where he comes back to haunt us.Styche will definitely be back for the next game no doubt about that.AM has got plenty of time to sort this drop in performances out so there should be no reason why we don't get back on track and start picking up points and push for a regular top 5 spot.

Back on track - Have to be Highrise - we're playing at home - if we drop points on Saturday and with next game away at Chorley - we could drop down table alarmingly - huge pack of clubs within 3 points of us as table stands and could drop down to 15th very easily- home form is all we have after all.

Mystic- would be very surprised to see Davies back.
Can't see what he would bring to the party with deeney and Verna playing so well

I think the criticism on Reid is quite harsh to be honest, he's not one of them strikers who's going to chase every ball, press the backline every time they have it, from what I've seen of him he's a bit of a fox in the box kind of striker, give him the ball in the box and nine times out of 10 he is always getting a shot on target or create a chance. Yes he hasn't really played well away from home but who has really? I agree sometimes his movement off the ball needs to be sharper but overall he's the one player I'd put money on to put the ball in the onion bag for us.

Remember IOM post months ago listing our very difficult run in - at least we already have 20 points in kitty. - sort out away form and will end up in clover
- don't and will be in the mire

Remember the striker we had last season, and where is he now , Reid is younger bigger and probably stronger,
Use it and progress its up to him, if he gets 16 goals and above, that may be a start for next season?

Don;t think that's the case at all. He was playing non-league  before he had his spell at Wolves.

The reason that Danny Newton is now playing league football is because of his incredible work rate, a never say die attitude and just not knowing when he is beaten, as much as his footballing ability. Qualities I just don't see in Reid, which may go some way to explaining his rejection by Wolves. Now, he certainly isn't a bad player, but he will never be another Newton. That said, I hope he does well for us and I'll be singing his name with everyone else when he scores

Curtis Strong released by Telford. Maybe a return?

- lets go for a record over 14 hours with no one posting - whoops 😬 spoilt that one - Can't see the point/risk with Strong - He won't replace Morley at full back in first team - not enough info whether his serious injury has impacted on his recent form for Telford and reason for release - can we afford another on books so injury prone with 🦊 already here - finally - is it me - Injured on our watch - Thought AM looked after and offered pre- season training and back medics for him - ignored us for Telford - so nil loyality from him whatsoever to TFC -so should be none from us - non-contract terms or nothing - and if he can't deliver out he goes
