They may have money to burn but what a tin-pot, amateur, pathetic little club they are. Not only are they incapable of providing a playable pitch in bright sunny conditions, current temp 7 degrees, but they wait until we get all the way there before they call it off. On top of that they refused to let us access the food outlets and the steward have a real attitude. All money, no class.

A really bad day - stewards appalling and yes a tin pot Boys Toys club - l know us fans always lowest in the football food chain and today summed it up perfectly. Have to say said still backing MF and Team - however after today - thought our defence - midfield and attack were completely invisible on pitch after 3pm this afternoon.

Glad I never made the trip up to Salford today they should be made to pay for all the expenses that the Lambs incurred and pay for the coach whenever the rearranged fixture is and give all the supporters that made the trip up there free admission. The game should have been called off at 10am when the officials first inspected the pitch not an hour before kickoff. They are supposed to be the elite of the league, but they are just a joke club and the laughing stock of the league.

They are the complete opposite in ethos to FC United - respect latter and even before today thought Salford bunch of no hopers bought by a bunch of ex-rich kids as just another toy. Bus turned up and steward shouted haven’t you lot heard laughing game called off. Moved to fence locked and asked nicely anychance of food which l said would pay for - they obviously had cooked loads and would have to bin it and many of us had not eaten and base day on eating inside ground - no chance You ain’t coming in. club - change ethos where fans matter - even away ones - watch how Fc United do it - fat chance you bunch of

Second point - Gateshead away few seasons back got there and called off - rearranged next day - coach provided free and credit to Gateshead they gave us half-price admission (fact turned out to be our only away defeat that season is another matter) - won’t ever get a Solus coach as midweek we can’t fill it - however if we could surely you would expect Solus to hire it out at cost but still cover costs on basis profit from today - SOME TOKEN has to be made to us fans today - happens all the time at other clubs where they seem to care more about us fans - TFC will say nothing to do with us - Salford the same - Solus not my fault - and Supporters club - what can we do? -what about supporting the fans that elected you and fight for our cause - oh hum - but don’t expect nowt as fans bottom of food chain please excuse pun

Total wasters, treated like s__t. Any club would have made all welcome having travelled 100 miles or there about.
Can’t believe they did not cover the pitch.
Wonder if they had injury problems and did not want to play us, if not very unprofessional even at this level.
Only other time I can recall was Halifax away sudden down poor flooded the pitch

Come on Neville!, what no comment on twitter, not usually that silent, what are you going to do for the rearrange fixture, we are out of pocket and you obviously don’t need it, otherwise your steward would have let us in

Did they really throw all the food away that had been cooked without even thinking about all the homeless folk in Manchester.

Todate Boys Toys have proved just to be that - Salford like Fylde taken over by money and used any clubs name to move them to closer the Christmas Toy Shop - However Salford with the give away food pies to charity (good) have come out of it smelling of 🌹 - cost them nothing and good PR - will cost them hardly anything if they let all our fans in for free in a Tuesday reply - 50 or so will go - just a thought and if their managers want to pose in front of the cameras with us like in their food giveaway l will truly promise to keep a certain little finger from exposing itself
